If you decide to cancel your LinkHMS subscription, you can do so quickly from the Subscription tab under Settings. Follow these steps to cancel your plan:
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Navigate to the Subscription Tab:
In the Settings module, click the Subscription tab at the top of the screen. This will display your current subscription details, including your next billing date, estimated payment, and payment methods.
Locate the Cancel Button:
On the Subscription page, you’ll find a Payment info button near your plan details.
Confirm Your Cancellation:
Click the Cancel Plan button. A confirmation window will appear to verify your decision. Once confirmed, your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation, and you will no longer be charged after the current billing cycle ends.
💡Note:
You will continue to have access to LinkHMS until the end of your billing period, after which your access will be revoked unless you renew your subscription.
Managing Payment Methods After Cancellation:
If you need to update or remove payment methods, you can do so from the Subscription tab under the Payment Methods section. This allows you to manage your billing details even after canceling your subscription.
