The Subscription tab in the Settings section of LinkHMS allows you to manage your clinic’s subscription, view payment details, and update payment methods. Follow this guide to understand how to manage and make payments for your LinkHMS subscription.
Steps to Manage Subscription and Payments
Navigate to the Subscription Tab:
In the Settings module, click on the Subscription tab at the top of the screen. This will display your current subscription details.
View Payment Summary:
The Payment Summary section will show a breakdown of the costs associated with your subscription. You’ll see charges for each type of user (e.g., Administrator, Doctor, Nurse), the quantity of each user role in your clinic, and the total cost.
The Total at the bottom represents the amount you will be charged for the next billing cycle.
Add a Payment Method:
If you haven’t added a payment method or need to update it, click on the Add Payment Method button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
This will open a secure form to enter your payment details, such as your card number, expiration date, and CVC code. You can also choose to use Google Pay if available.
Make sure to fill in the following fields:
Card Information: Input your card number, expiration date, and CVC.
Cardholder Name: Enter the full name as it appears on the card.
Country or Region: Select your location from the dropdown menu.
Save Card Option: You can choose to securely save your card for future payments.
Click Save Card to securely store your payment information and enable future billing.
View Next Charge Date:
At the top right of the screen, you will see the Next Charge Date, which indicates when your next payment will be processed.
💡Note:
Payment Methods: You can add multiple payment methods, and LinkHMS uses a secure platform (Stripe) to process payments safely.
User Charges: Remember that adding new users (such as doctors or nurses) to your clinic will adjust your subscription fees accordingly. The payment summary will reflect any changes to your staff before the next billing cycle.
Subscription Updates: You can manage your subscription plan, add or remove user roles, and the changes will be reflected in the payment summary.
With these steps, you can easily manage your clinic’s subscription and payments, ensuring smooth and secure transactions within LinkHMS.
